1. Does API key change when I change plan for same API?

No. For the same API, your API key stays the same across plan upgrades/downgrades.

2. What happens when I buy a new paid plan while current plan is active?

The new plan is set as Upcoming. It activates after current active plan ends.

3. Can I activate upcoming plan immediately?

Yes. Use Activate Now. Current active plan for that API will be marked expired immediately.

4. Will old plan usage carry into new plan usage?

No. Usage is tracked per subscription. New subscription starts with fresh usage counters.

5. Why might expired plan still appear in my subscriptions list?

For history and billing records. You can still view logs/invoice context for older plans.

6. What if payment is successful but plan is not active yet?

If another plan is active for same API, your paid plan becomes upcoming and starts at boundary time.

7. I am new. How do I start using an API from this platform?

Create/login account, open an API detail page, choose a plan, subscribe, copy your API key, then test endpoints from API Playground or your app.

8. How are request logs retained?

Request history is retained as per platform retention policy. Subscription consumption remains correctly calculated.

9. Can I use APIs before buying a paid plan?

Yes. If free plan is available for that API, you can subscribe and test within free plan limits.

10. What happens if my request limit is finished?

Further requests are blocked for that subscription scope. You can upgrade plan or activate an upcoming plan immediately.

11. Where can I see my usage and request logs?

Open Account -> Subscriptions / Usage History. You can view usage by subscription and endpoint-wise consumption.

12. Is invoice PDF available?

Yes, you can download invoice for paid plan.
