Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For paid subscriptions, refunds may be considered if there is a confirmed billing error, duplicate charge, or prolonged service unavailability caused by platform-side issues.
Refunds are generally not applicable for usage already consumed, policy violations, or incorrect plan selection by the customer.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.
